Directions for Use & Dilution Ratios :

Note : This product is formulated exclusively for professional and industrial applications, applied via foaming equipment (Foam Systems / Pressure Washers) or specialized manual washing.

1. Pre-rinse Stage : Pre-rinse surfaces and machinery with warm water (40°C - 60°C) to remove coarse, gross soils.

2. Preparing the Dilution Solution :

   • Recommended General Foaming Application : Dilute the product at a concentration of 2% to 3% with water (i.e., add 20 to 30 ml of product per 1 liter of water, or 2 to 3 liters per 100 liters of water).

   • For Heavy Soiling & Deep Disinfection : The concentration can be increased up to 4% to 5% (40 to 50 ml per liter of water), depending on the severity of fats and deposits.

3. Foam Application : Apply the solution using a foam lance/gun to evenly coat all surfaces, machinery, and walls with a uniform layer of foam.

4. Contact Time : Allow the foam to dwell on surfaces for 10 to 20 minutes to enable the alkaline agents and chlorine to break down grease and eliminate microbes.

5. Final Rinse Stage : Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean, potable water (preferably warm water at 40°C - 60°C) to completely remove all traces of foam and detergent.

Occupational Safety & Health Precautions :

• Corrosive Material : Contains caustic soda and chlorine; full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn (chemical-resistant gloves, protective goggles, face shield, and protective apron).

• Do Not Mix with Acids : Strictly avoid mixing this product with any acidic cleaners, as this instantly releases toxic and suffocating chlorine gas.

• In Case of Contact : If the product contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with abundant running water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if present, and seek immediate medical attention.

• Storage : Keep out of reach of children and ensure the container cap is tightly sealed after each use.
