Wall Mounting & Installation Instructions :

It is recommended to install the dispenser above sinks or countertops to prevent drips on the floor and avoid slipping hazards.

• Screw Mounting Option (Recommended for porous surfaces and permanent installation) :

  1. Separate the backplate from the reservoir by pressing the bottom latch.

  2. Mark hole positions on the wall and drill holes to insert the provided anchors and screws.

  3. Securely attach the backplate using the screws, then reattach the soap reservoir and lid.

• Tape Mounting Option (For smooth surfaces like ceramic tiles, glass, and stainless steel) :

  1. Thoroughly clean the wall surface using the provided alcohol wipe to remove grease or silicone, then allow it to dry completely.

  2. Peel off the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the back of the plate.

  3. Press the backplate firmly against the surface for at least 30 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.

• VERY IMPORTANT : Wait 1 full hour before attaching the soap reservoir and filling it with liquid to ensure maximum bond strength.

Dispenser Care & Maintenance Methods :

• Routine Pump Cleaning : Use warm water mixed with a small amount of soap to clean the dispenser. Regularly flush warm water through the pump to clear any dried soap residue or accumulated debris.

• Deep Cleaning : Periodically disassemble the soap reservoir, lid, and push bar assembly from the backplate and wash them with warm water.

• Maintenance Warning : Strictly avoid disassembling the internal push bar pump mechanism. If the plunger breaks or the dispenser malfunctions, the entire dispenser unit should be replaced.
