DOUBLE-Z Degreaser and Cleaner - 5 Liters

A highly concentrated alkaline liquid cleaner containing a blend of surfactants and water-soluble solvents, giving it an outstanding ability to break the chemical bonds of grease and oils and turn them into an easily rinsable emulsion.

It is used to remove fat and grease from prep tables, floors, ceilings and walls, as well as in areas where grease and fat accumulate such as filters. It is also used to clean kitchen cookware (casseroles) and all butchery tools, especially saws and meat-cutting machines.

Usage Instructions and Dilution Ratios

Double-Z works highly efficiently when diluted with water, with the ratio depending on the degree of soiling:

• Light soiling 1:20 or 1:30 for routine cleaning of floors and surfaces.
• Medium soiling 1:10 to remove daily oils in kitchens.
• Heavy soiling 1:1 or 1:2 for built-up grease, engines and extractor-hood filters.

How to use for best results:

1. Spray the diluted solution onto the surface to be cleaned.
2. Leave it for 3 to 5 minutes to react with the grease (do not let it dry out completely).
3. Scrub the area with a brush or coarse sponge if necessary.
4. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.

The product is completely safe on stainless steel (such as kitchen sinks, tables and cookers), provided that the following is observed:

• Thorough rinsing: make sure to remove any product residue with water after cleaning.
• No prolonged soaking: it is not advisable to leave the concentrated product on metal for very long periods without rinsing.
• Note: since it is an alkaline cleaner, it is ideal for stainless steel, but caution is needed when using it on untreated aluminum for long periods, as it may cause discoloration (it is best to test it on a small area first in the case of aluminum).

• Industrial sector: cleaning machinery, maintenance workshops and factory aisles.
• Hospitals and hotels: cleaning receiving areas, storerooms and washrooms.

Warnings and first aid:

*** Rubber gloves are recommended during use, as it may cause skin dryness due to its powerful degreasing action ***

Eyes: rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.

External contact: wash the skin with soap and water.

Internal contact: contact a doctor immediately; if swallowed, do not induce vomiting and drink two glasses of water.
