COFFEE SAFE Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder - 400 g

A concentrated formula for removing residue in the group heads, valves, and tubes.

How to Use for Best Results:

For backflushing each group head:

1. Place a blind filter in the portafilter, add 3 g of Coffee Safe, then insert the portafilter into the group head.
2. Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat this 5 times.
3. Remove the portafilter, run the brew cycle, and rinse the portafilter under the stream of running water from the group head, then stop the cycle.
4. Place the portafilter into the group head and repeat step 2 without Coffee Safe five times.
5. Pull an espresso shot to make sure there is no residue left.

For the soaking method:

1. Place 6 g of Coffee Safe and one liter of warm water in a large, non-plastic container.
2. Leave the parts submerged in the solution for more than 30 minutes.
3. Empty the container and rinse the parts.

Safety Precautions and First Aid:

In case of eye contact: Rinse thoroughly with cold water for a few minutes; if irritation persists, seek medical attention.

If swallowed: Drink 1 to 2 large glasses of water, do not induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
